Panch Recovery Hub Odesa

Panch Recovery Hub Odesa combines psychological recovery for veterans with cultural and educational programs for children and youth. The project is based on an innovative approach focused on healing through music, creativity, and community.

The space creates a safe and supportive environment where veterans can undergo psychological rehabilitation and social reintegration, while children and young people gain access to modern cultural and creative education. At the same time, the hub fosters meaningful intergenerational interaction built on mutual support, respect, and shared development, forming a sustainable model of cultural growth for Ukrainian society.

Our Focus

Veterans

Individual and group psychological support, music and art therapy, group sessions (rhythm, sound, improvisation), theatre programmes, and social adaptation programmes.

Community

Joint activities involving veterans and children, concerts and public performances, cultural events for the local community, and informal mentoring.

Training

Organising retraining and the acquisition of new skills for veterans, taking into account their inclusive needs to ensure a successful transition to civilian life.

Culture

Singing and music lessons, the basics of music production, creative studios and clubs, modern teaching methods, concerts and performances.

Panch Recovery Hub

We have developed unique programs for psychological support and reintegration of veterans based on music education and shared creative practices together with children, taking into account modern requirements of inclusivity. This approach fundamentally differs from traditional forms of assistance, as it reduces psychological tension and resistance to therapy. Learning together with children creates an equal environment of interaction in which the usual social and age hierarchies disappear. Veterans do not act as “patients,” but become participants in a shared process of development and learning.

The stages of creating a space

Architecture and Space Renovation

The project involves the renovation of the façade, interior spaces, and engineering infrastructure to ensure a safe, functional, and durable environment.

Interior and Rehabilitation Comfort

Creating a comfortable interior environment that takes inclusive needs into account is essential for recovery. Functional zones for living and shared interaction will be created.

Music and Educational Space

The space will be equipped with musical instruments and basic equipment for learning, therapy, and creative activities. This creates a unique platform for emotional recovery and cultural development.

Energy autonomy

A 5 kW solar power plant and backup power systems will ensure uninterrupted operations during energy crises. This is critically important for Ukraine and guarantees the stable functioning of the center.

Inclusive transport

The project includes the purchase of accessible transport adapted for people with disabilities, ensuring comfortable and safe access for veterans to the recovery space.

Veteran logistics transport

The project includes the purchase of a minibus for transporting veterans from small towns and communities in the Odesa region, ensuring regular and organized access to the hub’s services.
