Note

1. A charitable donation is a gratuitous transfer by a benefactor of money, other property, or property rights to the beneficiaries to achieve certain pre-established charitable goals (Article 6 of Law of Ukraine No. 5073).
2. These active fees are valid until 1.09.2026.
3. The Foundation has the right to extend the term of the fees.
4. The Foundation has the right to add items to the collection as new ones are received from tactical and medical brigades.
5. If there is an excess of charitable contributions for one of the items, the amount will be distributed to the collection for the missing items.
6. A donor who donates to a particular collection automatically agrees to reallocate their donations to other projects and collections.
7. Donations are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
