In 2022, the Ukrainian Fashion Week celebrates its 25th anniversary – a new season of shows FW22-23, which will be held in a hybrid format, online and offline, from 3rd to 6th of February.
This is the fifth anniversary season in the history of UFW. During the course of the Fashion Week, over 1600 shows were presented and more than 400 local brands were presented.
“It’s not just a 25-year history of one company. This is the history of Ukrainian designers, who once united our idea of making the country fashionable. Create an industry in the country, as important as it is for the economy of the country, so it is for the development of culture. Industry that represents Ukraine world, like a land of talented people, new technologies, constructive partnership. Today, our priorities are sustainability, digitalization, diversity and inclusiveness,” Irina Danilevska, Head of Ukrainian Fashion Week, added.
Among the participants of the new season are the brands Lallier, Gasanova, Dzhus, Iron Thread, Malva Florea, as well as young designers and fashion school graduates that will be presented as part of the New Generation of Fashion program – the full list can be seen on the website of the organization. Online broadcasts of the shows will be on the MEGOGO media service and UFW digital platforms.
